At registration we collect: name, contact (email/phone), company name, position, company address, tax ID, purchase experience and region. At order time: shipping address, payment details (receipts) and trade terms.
Used solely for: processing inquiries and orders, arranging production and logistics, reconciliation and invoicing, after-sales support, and legal compliance. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on our servers in China. As part of cross-border trade, order and shipping data may be transferred to carriers/customs agents in the destination country, limited to what is necessary to fulfil your order.
Under applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA) you have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Submit a request via the contact page or your registered email; we respond within 30 days.
To maintain your login session, cart and browsing preferences, we store necessary local data (localStorage) in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded for marketing purposes. You may clear your browser data at any time, though this may require you to log in again.
We protect your data with industry-standard encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years from completion to meet tax and customs compliance; inquiries and account data are retained for 3 years after account closure, then deleted or anonymized.
We only share data with processors necessary to fulfil your order: cloud hosting and database (in China), carriers and customs agents (destination country, only order/shipment-required fields), and email/SMS providers (verification codes and order notices only). We never share personal data with any marketing or data-broker party. All processors are bound by written data-processing agreements.
In addition to "Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfer" above, we apply these safeguards: cross-border transfer is limited to the minimum fields necessary for fulfilment; data exchange with carriers/agents uses controlled interfaces and access credentials; for EU/California residents we apply applicable transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) once legally confirmed.
