All prices are per the official quotation; validity is as stated therein. An order is formed once the buyer confirms the quotation and pays the deposit (or full amount); deposit ratio and payment terms are as recorded on the order.
We accept bank transfer (T/T) and corporate transfer; online payment (Alipay/WeChat/UnionPay) will open once integrated. Refund amounts for cancellations are calculated by order status and incurred costs, confirmed by both parties.
Orders on this platform default to FOB (Free On Board, port of loading) terms; freight and insurance are borne by the buyer. We deliver the goods to the designated port of loading; the buyer arranges their own freight forwarder / warehouse for onward shipment. The specific ports are as published in our shipping port list.
Lead time is as agreed at order confirmation. Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, logistics disruption) will be communicated promptly and rescheduled by mutual agreement; these are not considered a breach.
Products are factory-inspected per agreed standards. For quality issues, submit an after-sales ticket (with damaged quantity and photos); we review within 3 business days and propose a resolution.
Site content (product images, drawings, technical specs) belongs to us and may not be copied or used competitively without written permission. Commercial information learned during cooperation remains confidential.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these services are first resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise, they are submitted to the competent court in Wenzhou.
