HANCHEN Order Center User Guide
A practical guide to the HANCHEN Order Center, covering account access, product selection, checkout and order tracking.
How ordering works on HANCHEN
HANCHEN is a quotation-based B2B ordering platform. There is no direct online checkout, and that is deliberate: for automotive parts, price, lead time and shipping terms depend on quantity, exact specification and destination market. A fixed online checkout cannot represent those variables, so the platform is built around an inquiry-and-quotation flow instead.
Step 1 — Activate your account
Register with a business email and complete verification. Wholesale pricing and payment terms are unlocked after verification because they depend on your business profile, trading history and destination market rather than being public list prices.
Step 2 — Build your inquiry list
Search by model, part number or category, and add the items you need to your inquiry list. Mixed models and mixed categories can go into a single list, so one inquiry can cover a complete container plan rather than forcing you to submit item by item. Where a reference needs a cross-check, note it on the list — it is better to raise it now than after the quotation.
Step 3 — Receive and confirm the quotation
Our sales team reviews the list and returns a formal quotation covering unit price, minimum order quantity, lead time and shipping terms. References that cannot be confirmed are flagged rather than quoted on assumption. Read the quotation against your own requirement — quantity, specification, Incoterm and destination — before confirming, because the order is built from the quotation, not from the original list.
Step 4 — Order, production and shipment
Once the quotation is confirmed, the order is created and a deposit invoice is issued. Production is scheduled; the balance invoice follows on completion, and shipping is arranged against the agreed Incoterm. Order flow, from inquiry through quotation and order confirmation to deposit, production, balance and shipment, is recorded on the platform so both sides work from the same status.
Step 5 — Tracking and after-sales
Order status, dispatch information and shipping milestones are visible in your account. Warranty is handled against the batch number, so keep the packaging or batch label until the goods are installed. If something is not as expected, raise it through the platform rather than waiting — the earlier a discrepancy is recorded, the more options are available to resolve it.
What the platform is not
HANCHEN is not a marketplace and not a self-service store. Product availability, final pricing and specification confirmation are handled by a sales team because automotive parts require a reference and fitment check that an automated checkout cannot perform.
Scope
This article describes the ordering workflow for buyers using the platform. Commercial terms are governed by the quotation and the applicable sales terms, not by this overview.
